Shipping & Delivery
Currently we only deliver to UK customers. From the moment you place an order it will take 3 to 5 working days for you to receive your parcel. All deliveries are free and are made through MyHermes. MyHermes courier will require a signature. Three attempts will be made to deliver your parcel after which the goods will be returned to us. If you miss your initial delivery attempt we advise you to contact MyHermes and make further arrangements.
Returns & Replacements

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Unless the goods were faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return of your item(s). Please retain proof of postage in case returned goods are lost in transit.
